What inspired me to commence the service, PensionLink?

Easily answered.....

I appreciate seeing clients who are entering into Age Pension age enjoy this part of their life. 
They do not need to worry over their Age Pension claim or keeping their information up-to-date with Centrelink.
People entering into Pension Age should be able to live their fullest lives, without any of the Centrelink stress. 
​I value their time and listen to their needs throughout the relationship.
That is what I take pleasure in and that is the 'Why' to PensionLink being established.

My years of working within the financial services industry, saw me carry out
concise measures in business practices, undertaking and adapting to compliance and legislative
changes and attending to thorough research, which really honed my skills for accuracy with documents.
As this is a specialised area in administration, I am in my element when I see client's needs being met.
I value confidentiality and also have an extremely high regard to ensuring that my client's questions are always
answered thoroughly, so that the client clearly understands the answers to their questions.
I make time for client's and prioritise communication and are very people centered.
